Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@officialhalara.com.
We will review the issue and work with you to make it right on a case-by-case basis.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on any items, including (but not limited to):

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.
If you wish to purchase a different item, please place a new order.


EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
